Ardee Industries is South India’s leading refined Lead manufacturer. We make dedicated efforts to process the metal scrap and alloys into pure lead ingots that can be used in various applications by our customers. The ingots are dross free and have a smooth snag free surface. Each ingot roughly weighs the same, ensuring uniform quality throughout each batch.
We employ an agile method of quality checking which is done at each stage of lead processing. The corrections are made at each stage to achieve premium product quality. The final batch of ingots are subjected to quality checks in our in-house labs to eliminate the possibility of impurities.
International Standard in Purity
At Ardee industries we go to great lengths to achieve and maintain purity levels ranging from 99.97% to 99.985%. We exceed customer expectations with the purity of our products. This is on par with International standards that also focus on environment-friendly practices that control effluent and air pollutant production as a result of lead refining and smelting.
Our facility has different lead refining Kettles ranging from capacity of 5 MT to 50 MT. An Automatic Ingot casting line casts roughly 10 MT of Lead ingots per hour, keeping our production line churning out deliverables to match the demand from our international customer base.
